Hello! it's been a long long time since i last blogged with photos! so, here we go! i tend to do this very often. not blogging for a long long time and when i do, i flood my post with photos! not sure if any of you are against it, but oh well. too bad! i'm still doing it.
so what have i been busy with? it's going to be the start of my 5th week of holiday and yes, of course i'm crazily working as well. just a quick update, i've actually changed my job and this is definitely a new experience for me.
I'm currently working as a receptionist at this Architectural firm over at Tanjong pagar. working in CBD area has always been my little hope, wearing formal and going to work. it makes me feel professional! :X not exactly though.
So why did i turn up working there? my previous work manager at LSSLM introduced me over to the architect that is working with them right now. they had two receptionist/secretary who tendered and they were seriously lacking of manpower so my manager at LSSLM offered to "give" me over to this firm that i'm working with right now. it's pretty nice working here! i kinda like it. it's something new for me to learn and experience. the people are nice. my directors are great, associates are wonderful and i have nice colleagues. so well, i'm good here!
okay, just a preview of how my office look like! it's a Duxton Hill and most of the house/shops/offices (idk how you should call the places) are pubs and i get to see lots of ang mohs!

i grabbed this photo from my company's website. it really look like that okay! so basically, i pick up phone calls, check emails and stuff. nothing much to do as well. so it's kinda relaxing. shoes are not allowed in offices so everyone's barefooted unless they are in their slippers meant for indoors. we get to see the actual height of people okay! and i realise, i'm not that short afterall. it's just that MGFs are just plain tall. not my fault for being average height. they are the ones that are abnormal. haha!
my primary 6 students are all cleared! they had their PSLE last friday and hence, i finally have weekends that i'm able to do my personal stuff and night time to be saved for Kai Kai!

24th September 2011 - Meet ups.
Meet up with Meishan, Minhui, Geraldine and Weixin for dinner @ Tampines 201.
Jalan Jalan at Pasar Malam before heading to Kampong Chai Chee for K! i was nagged throughout for the whole bus ride for my cheap labour :( sad max leh. they are my working agents. so the next time that i take in student, i'll need to ask my agents for the rates that i should charge them. :( they all meant well of course! hehe! love them! :D
K with the girls are like one of the best thing you can ever do. off tone, wrong pitch, weird lyrics, direct translations, weird dances, Korean, Mandarin, English, Canton, Hokkien songs. Epic Crazy moments with the girls. really! hell lots of fun!
check out meishan's blog post on the incident that we had over at K! it was kinda spooky though. hehe.
cabbed back home and drank a little with Weixin till 2.30am before sleeping and heading to do our respective work.
we gotta stay together and have much more fun kay! love you girls!

26th September 2011 - DAC 05 Class Chalet!
yup! it's our second class chalet out of our 3 yrs. i know it's pathetic but well, at least we enjoyed ourselves! i had work and tuition so i went over only at 11pm. ate the food and we started playing games. the people played insane true and dare before i reached and we continued after that. they had crazy dares like using your tongue to move a coin around the toilet bowl seat, making out with a pillow, doing push up with the opposite sex lying below. hell lots of fun things that we had! alcohol is a compulsory thing for chalets!
we played King's cup and i went to sleep at 3am as i have work the next day. didn't really sleep well but it was sufficient for me to survive the day. Weijie was dead drunk and it was hilarious to watch what he does. he was busy scolding people and doing weird stuff. Samson was drunk as well. crying and saying weird stuff. he asked mel to slap him and mel asked him back thrice before really slapping. it was insane man. Sherv puked and the rest were all okay. it was crazy enough to take care of drunkards. i have zero patience with drunkards. serious.
went home at 6.30am to bathe and change for work! really hope that our class can create more memories together. :)
